He was born in (Mianeh County) and after completion of the elementary school went to the Seminary of Mianeh and passed the Lom’e Subjects by attending the lectures of Ayatollahs Mirza Lotf Ali and Nouri and then migrated to Qom to continue his studies in the Seminary of Qom and attended the lectures of the Maraje (the religious supreme supervisors in Shiite Fiqh) such as Golpaygani, Imam Khomeini, Ayatollah Marashi Najafi, Mohaghesgh Damad, Sheikh KAzem Tabrizi,Fazel Lankarani, Vahid Khorasani and Mirza Javad TAbrizi.for more than twenty years in higher education level he is allowed to consider the Hasbieh Affairs by Imam Khomeini, Ayatollah Araki, Ayatollah Golpayegani, Ayatollah Araki, Ayatollah Marashi Najafi, Ayatollah Zanjani, Ayatollah Vahidi, Ayatollah Bahjat and some of the other supreme supervisors in religious affairs. He had been one of the social and revolutionary activists in revolution of Iran against Paholavid Regime. During these fights, he was injured in Feizieh School of Qom event ( ).
