Ayatollah Hamidi
(The Imam of Ansar-Al-Hussein Mosque)
He was born in 1930 in Hamedan County. After passing the elementary school, he went to Seminary of Hamedan and then in 1944 migrated to Qom to complete his education in higher level till 1957. He was honoured to attend the lectures of Ayatollah Boroujerdi, Imam Khomeini, Ayatollah Araki, Ayatollah Mohaghegh Damad and Allameh Tabatabaei (in philosophy and interpretation of Qoran). He was appointed by people as the Imam of Ansar-Al- Hussein Mosque since 1947. During the process of the Islamic revolution of Iran, he attempted so much to achieve the popular goal of the Iranians. He had been the teacher of The Madrese A’ali-e-Shahid Motahari and the Ilm-o-San’at (science and industry) University of Iran.
