According to the available evidences and documents, this mosque was constructed in 1216 (hijri-qmari) by Haji Agha hassani, the son of Mullah Hassan (Imam jom’ah og Khoy city) in Qajar era.
The main entrance of the mosque are without courtyard and ends to the hall which is octagon and includes three carpet scenes and two rows of inlaid stone columns.
The other entrance of the mosque is located in old bazaar of the city and its domes is covered with various and beautiful bricks. In design of the main dame is built with rhombic and cycle and flower-shaped bricks with tile border.
