This is one of the historical buildings of Birjand and is located beside of Motahhari Sq and Ashoura Mosque. According to the inscription, it had been repaired in 1349 Hijri and could be belonged to Safavid era. The building is composed of shabestan only and has just two entrance gates which the first one connects the Sq to the courtyard and the second one opens into the shabestan directly. We have to inform you that the first gate belongs to the late years of Qajar or primary years of Pahlavi dynasty era and the second one belongs to Safavid era and is same to mosque in age. Some important parts of the mosque are entrance gate, columned shabestan, small mehrab and the porches mehrab, court yard of the mosque and figure of the sky lights and windows also. Also it has 21 square columns within strong pillars and two meter height.
