Jam’e Mosque of Kakhak

This building is located in Kakhak and near Gonabad City in Razavi Khorasan Province. Its original building was destructed in 1347 Hijri Shamsi (Iranian Calendar). The mentioned building was built by Shahzadeh Sultan Khanom who was the sister of the First Shah Tahmasb Safavid between 930-984 Hijri years. It was repaired also in 1070 and 1286 Hijri and some designs also were done in the building of the mosque
