Gaz Jam’e Mosque of Isfahan

Gaz Mosque is located in Gaz village and 18 km far from Isfahan. History of this four ivans(balconies) mosque backs to Seljuk dynasty. After Seljuk era some repairs were done in this mosque but the most parts of the original building are remained. The balconies are located in four sides of the mosque that are same two by two together. The courtyard plans is square shape which its length and width are 12m. The attractive parts of the mosque mostly are lovated in eastern balcony which contain two separate entrance gate with 250 cm height. The arches are designed with plaster work and brick work.
